We’re a proudly creative business and everything is made with care — so here’s how we handle returns and refunds
🖼️ Original Artwork & Art Prints
Due to the nature of our creative business, we do not accept returns or refunds for original artworks or prints.
All prints and originals are carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch.
Please ensure you choose your artwork carefully and reach out with any questions before ordering.
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Colour or size misunderstanding
• Ordering errors
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, see below for how we make that right.
👕 Clothing
All clothing items at Alejandro Lauren are made to order based on the size, colour, and style you select at checkout.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Ordering mistakes
Please double check your measurements and product details before ordering.

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll evaluate the issue and make it right under Australian Consumer Law.
Contact us at wayde@alejandrolauren.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.
For faulty or incorrect items, we cover all associated costs.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any products.
🔎 Important Notes
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless faulty.
• We reserve the right to inspect returned items before processing a refund or replacement.
