Art Therapy Session — 1:1 (In Person)

About the session
Step into a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself through art.
This one-on-one session is gently guided, giving you space to explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences in a creative, non-judgmental way. You don’t need to be “good” at art, this is about expression, not perfection.
Held in my gallery, the session offers a calm, grounding environment where you can process what’s coming up for you, let things out and make sense of what you’re feeling.
Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, identity, change, or simply need some space to breathe, this is for you.

What to bring
You don’t need to bring anything, just yourself.
All materials are provided for in-person sessions, and you’ll be gently guided throughout. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure or expectation.
If you’d like, you’re welcome to bring: a journal or notebook; a small personal item that feels meaningful to you; anything you’ve been working on creatively
For online sessions, have some basic art materials ready — paper, pens, paints, or whatever you already have at home.
Most importantly, come as you are. That’s more than enough.
