If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at wayde@alejandrolauren.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.


Made-to-Order Items:

All clothing and artworks are made to order based on the details you provide at checkout.

Please double-check sizing, design selections, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering errors on made-to-order items.


Returns and Australian Consumer Law:

We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer you a refund, repair, or replacement at no additional cost.

For faulty or incorrect items, please contact us at wayde@alejandrolauren.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a description (and photos) of the issue.
